Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of JOVARO Clip AI ("Clip AI", "we", "us", or "our"). By using Clip AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Clip AI Does

JOVARO Clip AI is a video clipping, editing, transcription, metadata generation, and social publishing tool.

Features may include source-video analysis, automated highlight selection, captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, video exports, and publishing integrations with supported third-party platforms.

2. Your Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for the videos, audio, images, text, links, and other material that you submit to, process with, or publish through Clip AI.

You must have the rights, permissions, licenses, or other legal authority required to use, edit, reproduce, publish, or distribute that content.

You may not use Clip AI to violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

3. Connected Platforms

Clip AI may connect to third-party services such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Cloudinary, OpenAI, and other supported services.

Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, policies, API rules, developer rules, community guidelines, and privacy policies.

4. Account Authorization

Clip AI may use OAuth or similar authorization systems to connect supported social accounts.

Clip AI may request permissions required for the features being used.

You may revoke access through the relevant third-party platform or disconnect your account from Clip AI where that functionality is available.

5. Publishing and User Control

Clip AI may prepare content for publication to supported social platforms.

Users are responsible for reviewing content, titles, captions, hashtags, descriptions, privacy settings, and destination accounts before publishing.

Publishing functionality may depend on the approval, availability, and restrictions of third-party APIs.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Clip AI to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• violate the rules of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or another connected platform;
• publish content you do not have the right to use;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• misrepresent authorization or ownership;
• spam, harass, deceive, or defraud other users;
• attempt to bypass platform security, moderation systems, access controls, or rate limits;
• upload malware or intentionally interfere with Clip AI or connected services;
• expose another person's private information without authorization.

7. AI and Automated Output

Clip AI may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze videos, select clips, transcribe speech, generate captions, create titles and descriptions, and make editing recommendations.

AI-generated and automated output may contain mistakes or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it or publishing it.

8. Availability and Development Status

Clip AI is currently under active development.

Features may change, fail, become unavailable, or depend on third-party services that we do not control.

We may modify, suspend, improve, replace, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Monetization and Performance

Clip AI does not guarantee views, engagement, followers, monetization, revenue, sponsorships, creator approval, copyright clearance, or platform approval.

Third-party platforms make their own decisions regarding accounts, content distribution, monetization, moderation, and API access.

10. Intellectual Property

JOVARO owns or licenses the Clip AI software, branding, interface elements, documentation, and original materials associated with the service, excluding user content and third-party materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of your original content to JOVARO.

11. Third-Party Content

Videos and other media processed through Clip AI may belong to third parties.

JOVARO does not claim ownership of third-party creator content merely because that content is processed through Clip AI.

Users remain responsible for obtaining any required permission to use that material.

12. Disclaimer

Clip AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that Clip AI will be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, or compatible with every video, website, browser, operating system, or social platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JOVARO will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Clip AI.

This includes losses associated with failed uploads, platform restrictions, copyright claims, deleted content, lost revenue, lost data, account suspensions, or third-party service failures.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to Clip AI where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with legal or platform requirements, or respond to misuse.

You may stop using Clip AI at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Clip AI develops.

The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
